2XU Lite Membrane Jacket

I was really looking forward to receiving the Lite Membrane Jacket and when it arrived I was surprised by the colour - silver! Anyway, we'll get back to the colour later.

I first took the jacket out on a 2 hour bike ride and was pleasently surprised by how small it packed down to, it fitted into my rear pocket very easily. As expected the weather turned for the worse and out came the jacket. It worked well as a wind stopper and its moisture control properties worked really well, it allowed my body to breathe, therefore was no huge build up of sweat - always nice!

The cut of the jacket was good and it is obvious that the jacket is well made. I've since used the jacket on a few of my training rides and was not disappointed by its performance at all.

Overall, the Lite Membrane Jacket proved to be a very nice lightweight jacket. However.......I just can't get past the colour! It is an awful colour. Why silver? It's a shame as it spoils a very nice jacket.
