Parallel Pursuits
Parallel Pursuits is an independent tour operator that has been offering quality holidays to the French Alps since 1996. We (Paul and Moira) own and personally run the company and ensure that our customers receive a high standard of service and benefit from our experience of living in Morzine for many years. Paul is a former competitive swimmer, and Moira is a keen triathlete, so we know what it takes to make your holiday special.

Morzine
Our holidays are based in Morzine, a very pretty traditional Savoyard village situated in the heart of the Portes du Soleil region in the French Alps, just over an hour from Geneva airport or roughly eight hours drive from Calais. Morzine is a lively village with many shops, bars and restaurants.

Accommodation
Our chalet is purpose-built to our design and was constructed in 1999. It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard, and coupled with its excellent location (just a few minutes walk from the village centre) is one of the finest chalets in Morzine. The chalet is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery with spectacular views in all directions.

We operate a no-smoking policy throughout the chalet.
We offer half-board accommodation (dinner is served on 5 nights per week) and can cater for special dietary requirements. Flexible stays are available for a minimum of 3 nights.
Private transfers from Geneva airport for you and your bike are available.
Cheap flights to Geneva airport are available with EasyJet and other low cost airlines.

Triathlon Training
Morzine is a great place to train for triathlon.

Swim
50 metre outdoor (heated) swimming pool with permanent lane swimming available, less than 10 minutes away on foot
1 km long Lac de Montriond for open water swimming only 5 km away (no power boats or sailing allowed)

Bike
Quiet roads in excellent cycling countryside
Famous Tour de France routes on our doorstep (Joux-Plane, Ramaz)
Numerous signposted circuits, graded by difficulty, in the area

Run
Scenic trails by the river

Morzine has an excellent range of sporting and recreational facilities available for non-triathlete partners, family or friends, including:
