Anyone had this ridiculous 'injury'. At first I thought it was just my shoe heel rubbing when I stretched. Then I realised it still felt the same when I took my work shoe off. It doesn't hurt at all when running, cycling or swimming. It's just an awful feeling (rubbing sensation) when stretching. I've urged on the side of caution and done naff all for a couple of weeks but it's still lingering.
Not in my heel but at one point i developed Bursitis in my hip. You have to work out what's putting pressure on and inflaming the bursa and address that. Even then it takes a while for the swelling to go down.

I think it was a pair of tight fitting off road trainers where the heel fit isn't quite right. Plus chunky socks and two stupidly hilly races 7 days apart without not much running in the build up.
Standard right!!!
I guess how the hell do you know if you can run or bike on it. It doesn't hurt a all when I do.
