Had an "interesting" session on the Turbo last night.

Didn't check the tyre pressure before the session but gave it a quick squeeze and seemed ok. Start session and my P2M is reading @140W for the 100W (Bkool) warm-up.

Now, the Bkool is never the most accurate, especially at the start of session, but that's way out of line but I think carry on it will probably settle down. Get to first interval, 200W and P2M is reading @260W, then 180W is @230W and 160W is @200W.

I notice the tyre looks to be bulging a bit more than usual but no-one wants to stop part way through a session, then it starts squeaking on the roller and looks really soft. Anyway, I keep going and the last 160W block is reading 230W by this stage as the tyre gets softer and softer.

By the finish tyre was down to about 30psi and I had to peel the tube off the inside of the tyre as it seemed to have stuck too it, maybe overheated as it went flat.

So, if you want a good progressive workout a slow puncture is the way to go. (I think direct drive may be the way ahead)
