I've pulled out
Bike crash in first week of Jan, hip injury, not run for 4 weeks and just started a bit of light Z1 cycling/swimming.
If I'd have stayed entered I know I would have pushed too hard and too early trying to get fit.
Plan B is to start a plan from 18 or 26 Feb through to IM Wales, subject to getting over the injury - still gives me around 29-30 weeks.
Sad day after 4 Swashbucklers and 1 Forestman I really wanted one last Richard and Joanne special.
