Brighton 10K smashed my expectations and gave me a 4min PB.
Perfect conditions on a flat course I know, but it’s the first improved run result I’ve had in years so I’ll take it. I’m hoping it gives me the confidence to break 2h for the half and push for the same on my half iron run splits.
