A bit premature aren't we - there's almost a week left in the old girl yet.

I remember standing on a cold wet hillside near Bolton, camera in hand, awaiting the start, with Paul chalking the road with something about Pieman, as a police patrol car went past wondering how my car had got inside the road blockade (get there at 0300 and sleep in the car a bit), and me wishing there were TV highlights instead of this malarkey.

And it then started to rain a bit - so I had to hide under the tailgate of the car.

Without TT, I would have been tucked up nice and warm in bed .....

And who could ever forget https://twitter.com/lonestartt

Even though there is still a few days to go, I will say my farewells now too.

As it is now almost 10 years since my last race, I do not intend to join the new forum.

But I will always remember great times racing and supporting as part of TriTalk. Cool

Good luck, Paul. Smile

Seconded.

Enjoy your new forum. Keep teasing as much as you like, challenging myself mentally and physically keeps me alive. Talking of which the hospital tell me that I probably (subject to further confirmatory tests) have liver cirrhosis, so we had an honest chat about life expectancy. For me I have to decide if I will just let nature take its course, or, yet again, summon the willpower and energy to overcome the prognosis. Not sure which way I will go yet.

As GrahamO correctly pointed out to you I am viewing the new forum for useful info, and am curious how the transfer will go, while laughing at your banter, but you may as well give up on me returning. Life is too short to deal with Ejc.

So like PaulL, all the best. And that includes, Ejc. I still have some of my tritalk kit to remember you all with.

Anyhow, stuff to do.

I was right about Brexit (so far anyway, it has failed to happen twice Wink )

Btw, my final prediction below is now at 78.6%, that’s a whopping rise in under a year (when was my last post, 6/7 months ago?). Peak worry time the second half of that rolling ten year prediction.

Rest easy TT1.0. I've spent a fair few hours on here over the last 12 years!

Here's to the future over on 2.0 Smile

Last post from me too.

Not a lurker but not a prolific poster either.

It's been a great source of support, knowledge and banter, with a little bit of biff thrown in and I've made a few friends through here too.

Really pleased we've still got a tritalk to log into, and thanks to those on here that have made that happen.

I never did run sub3 when on here and I never did read the article about Zachary Carr. Smile
