I wonder do people prefer to take caffeinated drinks, or do you use non-caffeinated sources of energy. And out of those choices, what do you feel helps you the most when it comes to training?
Is there even any particular supplements triathletes tend to rely on for an extra boost?
This is information I need to know

Suck-it-Up pill washed down with a can of MTFU?
Hope that helps you with your (market) research

Particularly in the absence of any introduction, or please/thank you, be aware that Dariush is a nutrition company co-owner, looking to farm the Forum for market research purposes, to aid the marketing of his product. Just in case you hadn't twigged
Let's see if Darius can contribute a little more before we indulge him...

Indeed, as Jorgan pointed out out so astutely, I am a nutrition company co-owner. I hoped to find guidance from this community to help me formulate a recipe that would help triathletes with their training- but I am left wondering- what is 'Chef's special sauce', and how did that end up in the poll I created?
I may have difficulty finding a market for our ultimate triathlete's pre-training brew if all you need is a cup of MTFU.
Do I need to pass some kind of initiation to get information? If so, I am your humble servant and ready to do anything, within reason.
Please, thank you.
Triathlete's. I respect you.

I'm quite partial to a good teabag, but will probably stuff down a couple of warm protein shots if going long.
