I'm training for the Outlaw this year (6th Ironman)

I've had a few years off and have just found my training has become a very lonely affair (I had forgotten about this!)

I can meet anywhere and do any distances (30 - 150 miles) my speed while training isn't super fast, probably 14-16 mph

I'm a 45-year-old chap, you might say a liberal, I'm a software chap, and love to talk/listen while riding and just have a laugh.
