10% I use minimum but thats not all with board. a regular we'll do is half length fly kick into freestyle to end (all trials are pool based so turns and underwater phases are hugely important) We'll do backstroke kick as it helps, kick on side, kick with board, torpedo kick. just a variety really but all legs focused.
