I've looked through the website and haven't found the bit I was looking for - is there any sort of transfer process (to someone else rather than to the Classic) for this event?

Per the t's and c's:
Quote: | Transfers of names / details are available up to April the 1st, but will incur a £20 administration charge. |
so looks like you have just missed the cutoff?

After a bit of an enforced break to training, I have meandered around a HM, will attempt to do the same at the Brighton marathon this Sunday, which means that the Cotswold 113 is the next goal.
I will be camping on site with the family.
Thinking of Cirencester parkrun the day before.

Got a nice long info email from the organisers today. The quality of pre event communication from 113 puts other events / organisers to shame.

I vote for all together in wave 1. No excuses of interference for you fast swimmers and less drafting opportunities.

Swine-o to that!
Need to slingshot the bike - that’s the best bit of waves.

I have asked for Wave 1 and numbers 15, 22 or 24. That puts you in the first row in transition. I'd rather start early and get a clear run, as trust me the course can get very busy as more waves join the bike and run.
Plus I need to be somewhere later in the day.

A friend has given me his BS Helix to try out, and I've just pushed the button on some Vaporflys. Poet's job just got harder I reckon he should still have a few minutes on me though, looking at some of his recent efforts. But I'm 2 AGs older, and sticking to that excuse

My excuses for if Jorgan beats me:
My first proper bike ride in five years didn’t occur until June 3rd 2018...
...and that was at 23kmh...
...and I was a smidge over 200lbs...
...and hadn’t swam AT ALL since September 2013...
...and could barely run 23 minutes for 5km...
...so it’s safe to say we’re both a bit crapper than we were back in 2010-2012.
I reckon this’ll be a nice fair race

While some of us have just maintained an even level of mediocrity in that time.
I honestly have no idea how I'm going to do in this one.

A course with a fair amount of offroad wouldnt be one I'd use them on personally. Obviously make up your own mind, but the relative instability in the heel wouldnt appeal.

I used Zoom Flys last year, and I'm tempted to do the same again; no issues with those.
