Been away from triathlon and this forum for 4 years (kids.. who'd have 'em) Surprised

Very handy topic, any chance someone can recommend a HIM training thread as I'm coming back with a bang.. 1st ever HIM at New Forest next Sept. Sad

Hey guys, i just started training. it's mainly cardio - running. however, for some reason a few minutes into running my calves feel like they are about to cramp but they are not. someone mention to me that it might be my shoes. any thoughts?
