No way, can repair in less than 3 mins.
Perhaps cost me 2nd place in Israel last year, but its something practising and should never have the attitude that its goal over.

My last tub puncture (rear, always the bloody rear!) took me eight minutes to get everything out, change it, pump up, check and repack the bottle again.
