am: 70.3 Marbella: Ali B

Afternoon toggle between Joe Skipper/Will Clarke racing IM Texas on facebook live, and Jonny B/Gomez then Holland/Stanford/Learmonth in ITU Bermuda, presumably on the beeb red button.

Fill yer boots....

(think I'm missing most of it due to time trialling Sat pm...)

Don’t answer that Chris just checked start sheet might see you there I am marshalling for a while then riding at the back of the field.....getting smoked by all those fast boys

Tell me about it.....did the Lea Valley in early April and 55:11 got me 95th of 135 odd finishers.

Since I started time trialling the standard has just gone up and up, there are lots of fast riders out there. I am no slouch but the fast courses like the E2 attract strong fields and if it is a good day then watch out because the ego is gonna take a hit.

there's also the World Duathlon Champs on this Saturday in Pontevedra for Elite, U23, Junior, Paratri and Age Groupers
