My latets, although a few weeks ago now, was the new Osprey Duro 6 runnig pack/race vest: https://www.ospreyeurope.com/shop/gb_en/duro-6-17

Absolutely brilliant piece of kit, and half the price of the Salomon equivalent. I have worn it for two big runs, 13 hours and 7 hours, both in pretty warm conditions in a vest with no rubbing, doesn't bounce. Just a well thought out piece of kit - as i find with all of their stuff, as i am a fan.

My new bike! Ordered it ages ago buts taken a while. 2017 P3, Ultegra DI2 throughout. Enve SES 6.7 with Powertap G3 on the rear, older style Enve 45mm on the front (hope to upgrade to the SES 6.7 soon). 3T Vola cockpit, spesh sitero pro saddle.

Went with team colours on the bar tape but think it clashes with the teal. May swap them to black.

Not entirely sure why I "need" this when I don't actually go training anywhere near enough. But I "needed" it.

Did a 25TT last night and it seems to do the job. PB'ed at 220w where my previous PB was at 280w.

Not all of that is down to the helmet mind you (different course, better tarmac, all out of town, ...). Hardly comparable.

An expensive pair of Altra Escalante zero drop running shoes, yes, I'd never heard of them either but they have a wide toe area and are actually quite comfortable.

Oh, and a small medicine ball to loosen off the hip flexors, makes a foam roller seem quite pleasant

New Balance Vongo - 4mm drop, lightweight, mid level support for overpronatoers, wide toe box for fat feet like mine.

Hmm, sound very similar to the criteria for Altra's which very comfy I must add.

Nice bike, but I take it you are quite tall from that!

Not sure about the green tape though Smile

Bought this 2nd hand in February but taken till now to get the seatpost extended long enough for me as a previous owner had sawed it down.

Pinarello said ordered me a new one but not had a reply off them for 3 months so not sure the new one will ever arrive??!

First little test ride yesterday. Now I need to get in shape for 2018 to do it justice.

I added 1cm to risers after the ride, but I have freaky long arms which means i need a big drop to get in a good position.
