Just getting into mtb ( and liking it) and am also after a trail running jacket, more windproof than waterproof probably.

Any suggestions on something that can cover both duties?

I use the storm shell jacket from inov8

If you want it for MTB as well might better off getting a MTB specific one as they will have a longer tail.

I probably will in the end but not sure how much mtbing I will do, so for now, something that will suffice on the bike (I have road jackets) and excel on the run would be good.
