No way, can repair in less than 3 mins.
Perhaps cost me 2nd place in Israel last year, but its something practising and should never have the attitude that its goal over.

| My last tub puncture (rear, always the bloody rear!) took me eight minutes to get everything out, change it, pump up, check and repack the bottle again.
