They do the Age grading by actual age though, so you can work out the ages of the other kids if you wanted to get all competitive parent about it.

As in, you can see where she actually was as a 4 year old, by comparing the age gradings that parkrun have in the results.

My son has done adult park run from aged 6, some weeks he run/walks sometimes runs, other weeks we play footie in the park instead. Try it and see, all kids are different be guided by him
