Owing to a few people pulling out of this years race we now have couple of places on our Bolton training weekend. The weekend includes chance to swim, bike and run the route with support from local triathletes as guides. A pool based open water coached session, bike check, lunch and plenty of opportunity its to discuss and ask questions to our coaches and Ironman UK experts.
