Hmm. This describes a northbound channel in the Irish Sea but doesn’t say how fast it is. Unless I missed it.

If he’s in the water only a few hours per day, it would have to be pretty fast to add up to 100 miles in three days. Even if he started kipping out there and floating north, surely...

Up to Isle of Man now, serious recent progress. One comment on FB:

"we can never give an exact location or time to catch up 😔 we might just anchor at sea, sleep and set off at 2am in the morning for example."

Guessing they either go close to land each time and then go back out to sea or they've got a ****ing long anchor rope/chain

And yet, Lewis Pugh, carries on actually swimming for a real cause rather than a book and some free cans of pop.

yip just broken a continuous swim type record or summat.... fair do mate.

(75days in to a swim that was going to take 100days and he's still on the west coast of Scotland.... oopsy.)
