...with my recovery.
My week looks like this...

Sat 2K jog and 400m swim at Bath Uni.
Sun 2K jog and 400m swim at Bath Uni.
Both these swim sessions with Bath Amphibians Tri club.
Mon recovery walk.
Tues 2k jog and 400m swim with AM.
Wed recovery walk.
Thurs 3K run.
Fri recovery walk.

The weekends are by far my favourite time spent with family. We all meet up at the uni and train and then spend time enjoying the sports cafe.My walks are up on Salisbury Plain which is only down the road at Edington and we go up there in all weathers. Fabulous views and a bracing wind...just as we like it.
Only a few more days on the Kx365 challenge then onto something different for the New Year. All dependant on my health and level of fitness. No Jantastic this year!! so maybe try to carry on as above plan but increase walk distance each time.
Hope all who are still around on TT are fit and well.

So a whole year has passed since my illness and it's true what the hospital told me in Dec that it would take at least a year to recover. So, still got a little time left. Chronic fatigue symptoms have eased somewhat and I'm able to do a lot more with my day. Although I'm only active for 12 hours as I need to rest for 12. My Kx365 challenge is still on track and I'm trying to build up the walk/shuffle distance again after pulling back during the summer as I wasn't recovering quick enough.

Another grandchild has arrived, Alicia Mhairi ....tiny little sweetie so now have 4 under 4.

Hope everyone is fit well and training hard. Can't wait to be back to some meaningful workouts but happy to be making slow progress.

....completed a super sprint tri this morning. As hard as anything I've done before but one of the most rewarding.

My new club, Bath Amphibians, put up with my lack of strength and speed and helped to make a dream come true. Still suffering from chronic fatigue but not prepared to give in!!...and I didn't walk. Coming up to the 12months since the nasty gallstones tried to see me off and my brush with death in intensive care. Never underestimate the power of positive thoughts and actions....off to bed now to calm down Smile
